• Prohibited Activities: We will not represent our company or our clients before the U.S. Government.
• Conflict of Interests and Appearance Concerns: We will not participate in any USG official matters or business matters where the impartiality could reasonably be questioned due to the association with our business or clients.
• Government Resources: We will not utilize any U.S. Government resources to support or better our business or our clients.  

 Clients are required to:

• Not Solicit Nonpublic Information: Solicitation of such information is strictly prohibited.
• Ensure Compliance: Partner with us in maintaining ethical and legal standards throughout the consulting engagement.
• Notification: Notify us if you have any concerns regarding any type of conflict of interest.
